Join me for a different yoga experience at the most important contemporary art fair in Milan on the 1st of March

This (un)expected art fair for contemporary art in Milan is at the Superstudio Maxi, and you’ll find me teaching a different kind of yoga class there 18.30-19.30. I’ll take you through a yoga-art fusion experience, where we’ll be getting inspiration for our practice from the art surrounding us, but also - through fluid movements and our breath - open our minds and hearts to perhaps see the art differently as well? I’m honoured to be teaching the class of the first day of the fair, and my skilled yoga teachers colleagues will be teaching classes the other days of the fair (2 and 3).

UNISCITI A NOI alla fiera non-fiera d'arte contemporanea a Milano il 1 marzo, al Superstudio Maxi. Vi guido tra una sessione di yoga diversa: una fusione yoga-arte, dove noi trarremo ispirazione dall’arte che ci circonda, e attraverso movimenti fluidi e il respiro, apriamo la mente e il cuore per vedere forse anche l’arte in modo diverso? Sono onorato di insegnare la lezione del primo giorno della fiera e le mie collegghe bravissime guidano le lezioni gli altri giorni del fair.
