Life can become our greatest teacher - Why she chose to devote her life to teaching Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness:

But it also totally changed her way of practicing yoga and allowed it to be a tool for internal growth. Despite still living with several health challenges and daily pain, she has transformed her way of living and now lives a happier and more connected life. Because of the way yoga and mindfulness helped her, she chose to change her career path and become a yoga teacher. Read more about Maria's story.
