Mindufl Hatha Yoga Flow
+ Mindfulness Meditation
Four-star hotel by Piazza Navona
About the place
In the heart of the old city centre of Rome, next to Piazza Navona, with:
An astonishing view over the old city from the spot we will be doing yoga, a spacious terrace, famous for its sunset views.
The Navona Queen is a four-star hotel that has offered us the use of its rooftop for this event.
The hotel offers a delicious aperitivo after our yoga class for those who want to stay a while to keep enjoying the view, and mingle with like-minded yogis.
There is a hot tub jacuzzi pool you can book a spot in with a beautiful view of the night sky in Rome, with a view down onto Castel Sant'Angelo (it can be booked for after the yoga session if you want for an additional fee, it is small and limited spots so booking is necessary)
This is a unique event, and I am not in Rome often, so don't miss this chance!
NB: the pictures are from the Navona Queen hotel.
What to expect from the yoga class
It will be a Mindful Hatha flow followed by a guided relaxation & mindfulness meditation to let go of all stress of everyday life and connect to the beautiful nature around us.
The theme of the yoga class will be: Root to Rise, where we will explore a fun flow around balancing potisionts to strengthen body and mind. We will explore the theme Root to Rise, both physically as I take you through a fun flow sequence around balancing positions, as well as metaphorically as we will discover what we can learn about ourselves in the process.
It will be a fun class with challenges & adaptations for everyone.
Bonuses: strengthening core, legs, hip, getting mobility into the spine, back and releasing tension on the shoulders & neck.
The class is thought in both English and Italian (I am used to teaching in both languages for example my classes for FENDI so no matter what you speak you will be in good hands).
Open for anyone, beginners& advanced alike - I’ll give adaptations & variations.
If you are a pregnant or postnatal student or have any injuries or challenges please notify me upfront so I can help you with adaptations. I am a certified pre-and postnatal teacher and have certifications and specializations in a variety of fields in terms of how to adapt the practice to individual challenges, you can read more here.

I discovered the world of yoga through Maria’s classes.
At the time I was a very beginner, but she has been very patient and
precise in explaining the asanas.
She literally Made me fell in love with yoga.
From the first day she involved me in the class and made me enjoy the whole hour spent on the mat.
I really recommend Maria’classes to those who do not know yoga and
want to feel their body through the practice.
She is Also aviable to give advice customized to your personal condition And she is really interested in your personal development.🙏
What I love about Maria's class is that it always provides the right amount of challenge and positiveness.
Even though the class has students from all types of levels and new comers, it seems that everyone is getting what they need; she displays the next poses and then provides more difficult forms of it so that students can pick what they feel comfortable with. She is encouraging yet gentile in pushing people towards uping their game.
The class focuses on the physical and spiritual aspects, so you get a full class in this precious 60 minutes.
I have never left a class without wearing a satisfied look on my face. And that says it all.

I attended Maria's open class at a Buddhist temple in Oslo and it was such a good experience! The program was balanced and suited both the more/less experienced yoga practitioners.
Maria has a positive energy and comfortable teaching style and she was very attentive throughout the two-hour session - and circled the room with advice on how to improve and relax during the more difficult postures.
I would absolutely recommend to learn from her if you have the chance
