Join me on the mat for fun, and calming knowledge-based classes! 


I will help you get stronger, and build awareness around how you can use yoga in a creative way to benefit your body and prevent injuries.


Education is empowering; while we will always move, you will also have the benefit of learning WHY we are doing what we do!

This is an ever-growing collection of classes that range in time and intensity. Each month new classes will be added to the library, and you'll have the opportunity to join the weekly live classes.

NB Live online yoga classes are on pause as I am pregnant, I will return to teching group classes live after maternity leave. Meanwhile enjoy the on-demand library of pre-registered classes that you find here.
