Join me on the mat for fun, and calming knowledge-based classes! 

 

I will help you get stronger, and build awareness around how you can use yoga in a creative way to benefit your body and prevent injuries.

 

Education is empowering; while we will always move, you will also have the benefit of learning WHY we are doing what we do!

This is an ever-growing collection of classes that range in time and intensity. Each month new classes will be added to the library, and you'll have the opportunity to join the weekly live classes.

Thursdays at 6:30-7:30pm CET.

NB: last live yoga class before the summer will be on the 30th of June, and after the summer break we will start up again in September!

 

BUT remember you can still practice with me all summer through the on-demand library, with access to also short sessions of 5-20min or longer ones 60-80min, welcome!
